If your bank is still connected, we will attempt to find your utility payments on a monthly basis. If we are unable to find your payment, we will notify you via email and direct you to log in to match your most recent utility payment. Ensuring that your utility payment is matched every month will prevent your tradeline from automatically closing due to no reporting for 180 consecutive days.
