Your rental tradeline will be automatically closed if we are unable to report a rent payment to the bureaus for 90 consecutive days
If your bank is still connected, we will attempt to find your rent payments on a monthly basis. If we are unable to find your payment, we will notify you via email and direct you to log in to match your most recent rent payment. Ensuring that your rent payment is matched every month will prevent your tradeline from automatically closing due to no reporting for 90 consecutive days
