There are times our system may “gray out” a payment and not let you select it to manually report. This may be because a payment:
- Has already reported
- Is pending reporting
- Is not yet verified
- Is unable to be verified
- Is not an accepted transaction type for rent reporting or an accepted transaction type for bill reporting
We do not accept the following transaction types for rent or bill payments reporting.
- ATM withdrawals or cash payments
- Payment methods that don’t show the name of the person or company receiving the payment
- Any payment that does not appear as a bank transaction. For example, if you pay with a standing Venmo balance instead of money paid from your bank account using Venmo, we’re not able to accept the payment.
- Cryptocurrency payments
We also do not accept check, cashier's check or money order payments for bill and utility reporting. Though once verified, we do accept them for rent payments.
