If a payment has already been reported or has already been selected to be reported, it will not be available to be selected for reporting again.
Additionally, before we report payments to the bureaus, they must first be verified for accuracy.
If a transaction is not selectable and has not been reported before, that payment is not considered a verified payment depending on the obligation.
Utility Payments
Currently we cannot verify the listed transactions below as utility payments:

Any payment method that does not show the recipient of the funds

Any payment that does not appear as a bank transaction (for example, funds paid with a standing Venmo balance rather than funds directly from your account paid using Venmo)

- Crypto and Bitcoin transfers or direct payments
While we can report money order and cashier's check payments for your rental obligation, we will first ask for verification proof in the form of a photo of the payment method showing your landlord as the recipient.
