If we are unable to automatically verify your identity or if we cannot generate any personal identification questions for you to answer, we will require some documentation from you which will allow our verifications team to help you move forward in the sign-up process.
If you are asked to upload a driver's license or identification card, you will need to upload one of the following (with a photo):
State-issued Driver's License
Government-issued Identification Card
If you are asked to upload a utility or bank statement, you will need to upload a copy of one of the following that shows your current address:
Utility bill (electric, water, trash, internet, etc.)
Telephone/Cell phone bill
Recent bank or credit card statement
If you do send in a bank/credit card statement, please black out your account number.
