If LevelCredit does not find your rental transaction, you'll receive an email to take action. At that point, you will be able to log into LevelCredit and select the correct payment from your list of bank transactions so that you can still get credit.
If this occurs more than one month in a row, please contact us, and we'll confirm that all of your payment details are correct so you can have your payments automatically reported.
