Why wasn't my recent rent or bill payment found and reported?

It may take up to one week for your payment to process from your bank account and upload to our system. If you have an active subscription, our system automatically searches for your verified payments to report them to the credit bureaus.   

There are times our system may not find your payment, including if: 

  • Your payment hasn’t cashed or cleared your bank account yet. If you see the payment cleared your account, give our system up to one week to find it. 
  • Your bank account disconnected from your rent or bills reporting account. Please check your bank account and reconnect it via Plaid if needed.  
  • Your recent payment amount is significantly different from previous months.
  • You paid differently than you have in the past. For example, you usually pay by check, but this month you paid via PayPal.  
  • You paid using a transaction type that is not recognized by our system.   

If our system detects that it’s past the time it expects to see your monthly payment, we’ll notify you via email. You can then log in and select the right transaction to report.
