The exact amount of your rent and bill payments may vary month-to-month, especially if utilities are included in your rent and change month-to-month, or if you pay extra fees to your landlord, to name a few examples.
Our system can usually detect minor changes to your regular monthly payments and still report them to your credit.
However, if your payment amount is significantly higher or lower than normal, our system may not be able to recognize it. If a week or more passes after your usual due date and the payment has not reported, we should email you to let you know. You may need to log in to your account and manually select the payment to report.
