If your rent is due on the 1st but you have until the 5th to pay your landlord, you should still put the 1st as your due date. Our system can find your payment even if you pay on the 5th. Paying within your grace period will not hurt your credit or count as a late payment.
If we don’t find your transaction, we’ll send an email so you can log in and manually find your payment after it shows up on your bank statement.
