My bank has Multi-Factor Authentication, can I still connect to my bank?

Advanced security settings at your bank may effect how you connect to other services.

If you are having issues connecting to your bank it's possible you may see an error from your bank stating “bank does not allow you to connect on this site.” This feature is also known as 2-step verification in which your bank will send you a code via text message or email to verify your approval. Having this feature turned on may cause errors sometimes depending on your bank's security while trying to connect on LevelCredit.

In this instance, you may need to go into your bank account security settings and turn this feature off first in order to connect on LevelCredit. You can always turn this feature back on once the connection is successful through LevelCredit. Some banks may require you to call in order to change this setting.
