I was not able to verify my identity for rent or bills reporting. Now what?

Verifying your identity is a requirement set by the credit bureaus to make sure we report for the right person. If you weren’t able to verify your identity during signup, you’ll need to log in to your account and upload the following documents to verify your identity.  

  1. A valid photo ID, like a driver’s license, passport, or government-issued ID card. 
  2. A billing statement showing your name and address, like an electricity bill, phone bill, or credit card statement with your account number blacked out.
