I was unable to verify my identity. Now what?

No worries - we can still help to get you reporting. We just need a couple documents to verify you.

Verifying your identity is a requirement set by credit bureaus to ensure that we are reporting for the correct person. 

If you were unable to verify your identity during the sign up process, we will then prompt you to upload a valid photo ID and a statement to verify your address. You may upload these two documents while you are logged into your LevelCredit account. 

Below is a list of acceptable documents:

Valid ID with Photo (choose one):

  1. Driver's License

  2. Passport

  3. Government-Issued ID Card 

Valid Statement with Address (choose one):

  1. Electricity Bill

  2. Telephone Bill

  3. Recent Credit Card Statement (black out your credit card number)

If you're unable to upload these documents while you're logged in and you need further assistance, you may email the two documents to ask@levelcredit.com
