How do I close a bill obligation?

Take these steps to close out a bill payment obligation.

1. Log in to Self and tap the Rent+Bills tab.  
2. Select the bill payment obligation you wish to close.
3. Tap Mark as closed.
4. Follow the steps to finish closing out the obligation.

Once closed, we will no longer report this bill payment to the credit bureaus. Instead, we will report the account as closed in good standing.
