Rent+Bills subscriptions are month-to-month and can be canceled any time via the Rent+Bills tab in your Self app.
To cancel your Rent+Bills subscription
- Tap the Rent+Bills tab in the Self App.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
Once your subscription is canceled, we will no longer report your monthly rent or bill payments to the credit bureaus. If your subscription remains inactive or you close your current obligations in your Rent+Bills account, we’ll report your tradelines to the credit bureaus as closed in good standing.
