We also do not report payments made on loans such as mortgages or car loans, because these are usually already reported to the credit bureaus by your lender.
Instead, we report other payments that don’t typically show up on your credit reports, such as water, gas, electric, cell phone, and rent payments. At this time, these are the only payments we can report to the credit bureaus.
