Why is the payment method I used to pay my rent or bills previously no longer accepted for rent or bills reporting?

Sometimes your financial institution may change their policies in ways where previously-accepted payment methods no longer work with our system. For example, if your bank changes their security policy for credit cards, our system may no longer be able to verify credit card transactions used for rent payments.
