If you are having issues connecting your bank, you may see an error from your bank stating “bank does not allow you to connect on this site.” In this instance, you may need to go into your bank security settings and turn this feature off in order to connect. You can always turn this back on once the connection is successful through LevelCredit. Some banks may require you to call to change this setting.
