Our system uses an advanced matching technology to find your rent payment for each month. This leaves some wiggle room if your rent payment is bundled together with utility or water charges. LevelCredit does this by searching for transactions that are slightly larger or smaller than rent amount, and for payments that occur a few days a few days before or after your rent due date to allow for grace periods.

If our system still cannot find your payment through your bank account, then we will send you an email letting you know. At this time you will be able to log into your Credit Builder by LevelCredit account and select the correct transaction from your bank so that you can still get credit for your payment.
